Kyosho Inferno GT2 Carbon Fiber Chassis Brushless Conversion Kit

Hey all,

I am in process of designing carbon chassis brushless conversion kit for the Inferno GT2. at this time i have no intention of mass producing it as working with carbon fiber is so taxing. My business is Crux Components and although my initial goal was to mass produce all types of carbon fiber hop ups i have decided instead, at least at this time, to do limited productions of the highest-end custom parts on pre-order basis. I have been cutting and machining carbon fiber for almost 3 years now.

Here are a few details about the kit:
-3.5mm 1k fineweave carbon chassis WITH kickup.
-low CG delrin battery tray included. adjustable strap configuration with max battery size to fit of 155mm X 47mm.
-will have ability to mount mech. brake servo.
-will be able to run 2spd or center diff.
-no other components will be included. however, the chassis will have holes to allow use of Tekno motor mount for those who may wish to run Tekno clutch. but also the Kyosho motor mount could be used. also, the chassis will have holes to make use of Tekno mudguards if desired.

Price will be $200 for chassis and delrin lipo tray. I am only looking to sell 3 of these. My interest in doing this is this allows me to make the kit for myself but offset the cost machining and tooling and make full use of carbon sheet. Once 3 orders are placed, time to delivery will be about 3 weeks.

Anyone with interest feel free to email me at [email protected]

About me: I have 100% positive feedback on ebay as seller after 6 years. id is lilkingbimmers. You can google my biz name and find a few pics of work, but i only started working under business name for few weeks now so there is not much. Also, i have many posted builds on rc-monster.com forums under username Ryu James.

here are some random pics of carbon parts, CAD designs of IGT towers (which will also be made available to a few), and pic of angled carbon plate that is used for chassis' with kickup.

I will post pics of CAD design of the IGT2 carbon chassis as soon as ready.

Lastly, next carbon chassis conversion kit to be offered will most likely be the Durango DNX408. Stay tuned.
