Default HELP: Identify this Chassis

Hi All,

I purchased this chassis off eBay recently, however, I can't work out the manufacturer. All I know is that it has "fantom" stickers on the top deck, has a saddle pack configuration and is belt drive. If anyone can enlighten me as to the manufactuer and/or model name of this chassis I would love to know.

Looks like some kind of Express chassis. Don't think the company that makes the car is still around anymore, but Express Motorsports is, they make motors though.

Indeed it is an Xpress pro.
I thought RCmart had bought Express but they haven't made any TC since late 90's.

The Xpress was an AWESOME car. From what I have gathered online Ultimate Hobbies has a pretty extensive selection of spares for this car hanging on their walls.

I wonder if it would make a decent VTA chassis. Still if you break anything you are out of luck.

Is it a later version of the Xpress Pro? My one is circa '98 and has a two piece upper deck, whereas this one looks like it has a single piece upper deck. Just curious is all. This was my first 'real' race car after my trusty Tamiya TA02.

Yep, still in business, owned by RC Mart now but only make 1/10th 4WD Minis now.

http://www.rc-xpress.com/catalog/

3x3 saddle chassis means its the Mike Swauger Edition, as the others had the pack going across the chassis.
