Default Xray T4 2016 chassis compatiblity with 2017/18 chassis

Hi Guys
Noob question but i havent been able to find the answer through the search.
My question is does anyone know if the Xray T4 2018 or 2017 chassis is compatible with the T4 2016 chassis? My current 2016 graphite chassis is a little worn and i would like to replace it. Most website do not sell the graphite chassis for the t4 2016 anymore!

Any help would be much appreciated

You can fit a 17 no worries.

Your Servo Mount won’t have the lugs, and the motor mount t piece has one screw - but all lines up.

This is a 17 alloy sitting on top of a 16 carbon.

The green holes are the “torsion” brace holes that the 17 introduced.

The yellow are the Servo post holes. They have moved back 1mm.

The red you can see the extra hole the 17 motor mount has. But still lines up. This hole is not for flex, it’s for the torsion brace mounting.
