???

Tsubasa..
I think that they are mounted that way ...so they can work with the new A-arms that Alex has ...not for sure thought...The ALEX web site says something about the way the car responds or roll..??? not quite sure though

that is because the roll bar is mounted reverse on the R2....the plastic spacer between the shock tower is the plastic that holds the swaybar in place(on the old cuda swaybar are mounted on the top) ....as you can see the plastic ball end on the arms where you mount the ballcups for swaybar is of opposite side of the old a-arms.....so for the R2 it's more cumbersome to change your swaybar as you will need to take off the shock towers.....do i make sense??

Default hailo all

welps here is the race report and it isnt kind first of all the alex car isnt friendly to foam tires ...... i killed 3 diff halves and like 4 spindles someone must have moved the 2x4s because i never wreck of course lol ......the spools will have to be machined from something very tuff i killed them as well ...... if you dont run on faoms or carpet you have no clue there is a ton of force when you crash on carpet especially in mod class ......next gen spools will be aluminium for sure maybe part alum and steel ..... if anyone is running an alex car on carpet plz message me for info i have found a few things that work very well and would love to find out other set ups .......on a good note the car was always turning either the fastest laps or within 1 10th of the fastest laps of any car on the track and that is good when you are the only one running a single car against the finest cars available here in the US ... have a good one and stay tuned for more info lol

TS: Maybe in this way, the user can un-screw the dampers and change different damper positions on damper plate more easily... As now the screwdriver can be placed in front instead of at the middle... Hope you know what I mean!

Yeah,I got what you mean. Also do you think it is difficult to screw the lower screw which holding the motor??
Since it is blocked by the a-arm.
