It might be offered or changed at the last minute... I read somewhere the HPI team were racing with thicker chassis.

That's what I was thinking, how stiff can the car be with a 2mm chassis?

I had the same problem when the T-Maxx's first came out. Went to do the maintenence on mine, and when I got it back together, the wheels spun different directions. It had me puzzled for a little while, as it was my first shaft drive car...

motor was cleaned out of the car but I had a little look at it and thought the comm could be more shiney nothing wrong with a little rub with a comm stick, letting the wheels do the work, of course I don't have the motor wired up at the time.
Can you say DUH??? lol, just kidding with ya herm...that is a stunt I'd pull, twice...

Well it would appear I had my head on backwards this morning
Went out to practise at the track and found my car wouldn't go
check my car to find I've rewired my motor backwards too
Now I know why I'm not normaly awake until mid day, any earlier and my brain just isn't functioning
My usual emergancy helper with a soldering iron was busy learning the newer version of the BBK lap counting software so I just put my old GM3 motor in. Lucky I rewired that recently and did it the right way wasn't bad but seems to make more of a difference between my old cells and my newer cells. It could of done with a larger pinion but the one I wanted I leant to someone last week and they weren't there this week, the ONE pinion out of 15 ahwell it wasn't too bad. Qualified 3rd and drove a decent final to get 2nd with a good chance of 1st had I not made a couple mistakes, at one point taking half the track with me darn rail road got hooked on my spoiler

off to go rewire my brain...
