Just wonder what brand of rear sway bar is it?
Your sensor mount is so pretty.

I think that it`s very close in size to a KX-one.... but they sway bar kit comes with 3 different sizes

OK I need to buy a range of springs for my cuda, HPI ones and RC Lab ones are too long to give a sensible ride height. I may end up getting proper Alex Racing ones from Speedtech but that order would have to wait a while, so I could get some shiny bits at the same time So what springs work well and can be bought easily, ie. no japanese ones Dave something like AE or yokomo.

and Dave, get your ruler out

Well Hermi` if you want to drill the pistions holes out to1.2mm that would be the best and I would get every Alex spring from 1.5x6.25~1.5x5.0 so that would be 12 bags of springs or 24 springs total...and while your at it...see if you can get a 1.0mm and a 1.2mm sway bar to get you started with that too ...all of that shouldn`t cost you to much through Steve

-Dave

BTW I`ll have your Yok transponder height question answered here in about 6 hours

$63 on springs I don't think so....
Then 20 on two bits of wire, or $40 if I want one of each for each end of the car
Could you post that spring chart you made up a while back, those thickness and coil numbers still mean little to me, would be much easier if it just stated the strength in gfmm
then I'd have the fun of knowing which is which, think I'd have to get the old rattle cans out and make my own identifying chart

better get out and post my entry for the next SMTCA round gotta go for a good result so being entered would help

Dave: While I have run springs that "STIFF" before, it was only in a really high bite situation. I am sure you have that type of surface too, but for Herm the std springs (1.4x6.00) should be closer dontcha think

Thanks for that wee pic RBF, looks like a well used scrap of paper
From that I can tell Dave was way out although if he had said 1.4 in that range he would of been more or less correct

I was hoping I could get some springs in the UK then again prices would be stupid Hey Steve want a new employee? I need to move away from this rip off country, the darn goverment takes money from you every chance it gets and the Hospitals, rail service, prison system, schools are all still an underfunded mess, not to mention the severe pension problems
