Default hacker E-40 17.5S motor

My offroad buddy blessed me with this motor when my redline let go. its brand new and he doesnt remember the specs on it. does anyone here know of a site or know first hand whats this motor about? Kv...watts...anything? i want to know if its as competitive as my 17.5 novakSS motor. thanks

If I remember right that motor was the hot thing about the summer of 2008. I know they were popular at asphalt nats. I am pretty sure it is the same design ans the Losi motors of the time. I am not sure if they were excellorin back then or not. Anyway, I remember them being competitive with all the other motors of the day. Limited or no motor timing adjustment though.

If you are driving it with a Tekin it will run very well for you.

ya being german im sure it will pack loads of tork! too bad i dont know much about it.

Hey

It's the motor with the best specs only outpowered by the Corally/Graupner motors, so there is nothing wrong with the specs. I have not tried one out on a track though.

Power @ 7,4V: 210W
kv : 2350
