Boylan Hurricane Webcam Round #2
Here is a link to the web cam at Mike Boylan's house. As of 3:50PM the power is still on but Frances is getting closer and we are looking at rough weather for the rest of the night.

Hope everything is OK for you - some of the pics we've seen on TV in th UK look quite terrifying

rdub202 09-06-2004 12:54 PM

nothing is really showing up on the webcam is it becuz of the weather being bad or is somethign wrong with the feed?

TSR6 09-06-2004 01:00 PM

that depends on wether or not you have home owners insurance and if it covers hurricanes or not.

Thanks for the post Team Munno!

We had a lot of wind and damage. If you look at the progression of the pics there now you can see the tree falling over, the big tree losing limbs, the fence falling over and the chairs moving around..... My webcam is not good for 70+ winds and water. I will have to get another one for IVAN!

I can't wait for winter!!!

rdub202 09-07-2004 02:08 PM

anyone familiar with hudson fl? i have some family down there-did it get hit bad?

RCThunder 09-07-2004 02:13 PM

Hudson is ok - lots of power out... some water out... but there is a lot of flooding. The rivers down here are way over flood stage.

rdub202 09-07-2004 02:15 PM

thanks-how did you manage?

RCThunder 09-07-2004 02:20 PM

Just a bunch of limbs down, lots of rain... but several around here have no power still (few million in FL). We were lucky. I had the generator on for 100 laps of the Nascar race Sun. night as we had a few hours in the dark... when they said Gentlemen start your engines I was cranking too haha...
