Default Trinity Tru-Lathe 3

I've checked the " I need a lathe" thread for info on this lathe, but nothing. I'm about to order from Towerhobbies, what you owens think !!

A Hudy Advanced at the LHS costs R2000, that is $279. I can get the Trinity Tru-Lathe or Cobra 2000 to my doorstep for $200 (I live in the jungles of Africa...yes we also race R/C cars here)

I run Mod and and stock, the Trinity cuts both but the Cobra needs a conversion kit....so the Cobra is out.

Thanks man

A stock lathe will only cut the older sealed stock motors. You used to have to take the hoods off of the endbell and cut the comm while the arm was still in the can.

The trinity and the corba modified lathes will cut both rebuildable stock and modified motors(arm out of the can).
