Hi
I you have the tweak screws out, does it mean that you adjust tweak using the two side shocks collar, like with a touring car?
Thanks

Thanks!

JLMG1971...
That's correct, we're using the collars on the side springs to set the tweek.

all i have to say is HOLY SH?!.this car was incredible today.i made some necesary changes that made it untouchable.i TQ'ed and set the fastest laps on this new layout.a real good lap was a 13.2 and i hit 1 lap that was a 12.8 and 3 12.9's and consistantly ran 13.0's and 13.1's.this new layout is very technical but flat out easy with this car.i ran over the course of 8 minutes 12.8-13.4 lap times with many of them being the same for 4-5 laps.most of the laps were 13.1 - 12.9.i want to make maybe 1 or 2 more changes but not much.everyone was complimenting on how well the car looked on the track.

JLMG - Yep the shock collars.

Wayne - There was a roar regionals yesterday at my local track('the track' in md). I couldn't race becuase I had to work yesterday , but I got there in time to catch the mains. Today I ran the car with side shocks, the olive/silver side springs and 40wt oil the car handles well, but it didn't feel right. I changed it to a silver center and it felt better. Then I dropped on the copper side springs and there was a BIG difference. With the silver center and copper side springs the car flew, very easy to drive and definately better then the tubes or the disk imo. I ran the front end setup that you recommended and it worked very nicely. I started with pink rears but they just didn't work. I dropped on some crc white rears and they were money. On the front I had parma magenta's. With the layout that the track has has right now I was always having trouble with one particular corner entry. In the link below it's the entry to the zig zag section after the the short straight parrellel to the main straight. With side shocks I can cut the entry to the zig-zags much tighter and the car still keeps it's speed up. It's almost like I don't have to turn right as much to be able to make the hard left into the zig-zag's. I'm sure the extra traction from the yesterday helped, but by the end of today traction was already dropping and the car was still awsome entering the zig-zag's's. This car really is an awsome design. I'll try a thicker oil, maybe 50wt next week and see how it goes. Overall I'm very happy with the 3 shock setup.
