Jason...if you mill some parts with anodized aluminium drop us a picture. I'd be interested to see what you come up with. :-)

Sounds like Green, Gold, and Silver are the colors of preference so far. I think Green and Gold have a better chance of standing out for the rest of the pack.

What strapping tape do you use? Mine is 1/2" from competition I believe. Works well...hoping it will work well with the Jason's.

And I think I'm going the same route as you and Jason. Shoegoo the servo to the chassis for low CG with the servo saver inverted.
John
Hey Jason,

Are there any plans to have a battery mounting system so we do not have to use tape?

Thanks, Mike

Hey Wayne - Here's the first of the new CEFX green parts we are coming out with - it's a mini ball that uses a 2/56 screw - allows more adjustment on the servo saver without destroying it by opening up the holes for a 4-40..... Innovative hu?? It's up on Shop-a-tron...By the way... nice pod design.... Innovative was the word used right...

Josh... I like your balls... very nice... They woulda been nicer hard coated and teflon impregnated Why did you have to choose green?? What colors did you leave me??? lol....

Michal101.... there are no plans on using anyother battery mounting system... I believe tape is the way to go, straps or clamp style systems seem to twist or tweek the chassis.
