Ok Wayne - We'll be in touch when I get mine on about kick ass setups. Jason has my 12L3 currently at the shop looking it over for the conversion.

Glad you're having fun buddy...that's what this hobby is about.

John...
I talked to Jason today, he has your car and we were going over the new CAD prints I just sent him. I touched up a few radii and made some stuff a bit thinner and lighter and more adjustments for the dampening tubes. He's gonna be cutting stuff Monday and getting some new tooling for production. He's gonna make a complete conversion kit up and look it over with a fine tooth comb before he gives it his stamp of approval. All we need a re a few prices for fasteners and standoffs and were ready to go!!!

Speediedphatt...

I'll be talking to Jason Monday morning, There would be a new dampening post and possibly an antenna mount done in aluminum that would have to be anodized too.
Do you have any other color prefrence.... Blue, purple, and black seems to be used by other manufactures. Maybe we could do something different? Let me know your thoughts.

I feel Jason might be on "vacation" again today, due to the hurricane.

Thanks for the info Wayne

Wayne, Different is cool. But Im partial to blue. MI not sure about costs for having alot of different colors but having the hardware match the color of the chassis would look trick. I like the chassis BLACK tho.

Default Alum. color.

How about Gold? Haven't seen that in awhile. Would match the Assoc. blue really good, for parts that remain, like the axle. Gold whould open a lot possiblities for a name or advertising too.

I was hoping to see a titanium gray color... I think that would look good...

It looks like the chassis material will be black and we were discussing the options of anodizing the aluminum. I'm gonna have some test pieces done in gold and some in green to see how they look. All of the other colors are taken by other manufactures. All of the screws that will be provided will be stainless. It's still up in the air, but voice your opinions!!

Titanium chassis carbon fiber and all crome or aluminum parts would look pretty nice.

Or we could use the "Jason Only Gold" graphite and gold anodized parts.

Just ideas.

Blue works well because the matching blue screws and such are readily available.

Polished aluminum and stainless screws would be killer. I just bought a brand new axle for the BMI 12th-and its black and silver!!!

Second choice after clear is Green for sure. Bright green too.
