Where to buy surface-mount capacitors for Monster Stock?

I think these caps went bad (motor runs hot, glitches like crazy). Other than buying a new endbell, or using the caps that are soldered to the can, does anyone know if Trinity just sells the board, or the smc's, separately?

Edit: are the Trinity D4007A smc's replacements for the ones on the MS?

go to radio shack and find some small standard capacitors, I havn't looked but you may get lucky and find some SMC's.

In my experience when the motor glitches because the SMC's are bad the motor is also toast.

Oh, yeah, and are you sure it is even your motor that is causing the problem. Try installing another motor and see if the problem still happens.

Well, the problem probably stems from my putting the motor in a magnet zapper without disassembling it. I'm figuring I toasted the schottky diode, the capacitors, or both. So I replaced the diode with Novak's GT7 harness, and am looking to replace the caps, but don't want the hassles of having to unsolder the disc caps when I rebuild the motor, which is why I'm leaning towards replacing the smc's. Otherwise, the motor looks okay; comm isn't discolored, brushes didn't burn, so I'm hoping that the motor's still salvageable.
