Tony,
Thanks for letting CML use those TC4 pictures, much appretiated.
Just a quick question for you. Do you think the Rear Shock Tower on the Front modification will be used on the TC4 or has it all been balanced in the new design to not need it.
Personally I never ran that on my TC3 but I know a lot of people that did.

I'm sure SOMEONE will try the 'rear tower on the front' technique....it's bound to happen. We tried to optimize it so you WOULDN'T have to do that, but....
The only problem you might have now is that the body mounts (on the rear tower) stick out farther, and higher, than the front. This may cause interference with the body. You could grind the mount locations away but it seems like alot of work to me....

Yeah I agree, think I'll stick to AE's standard configuration, as I said I did this with my TC3 and it was fine.
Can't wait to finally get my hands on the TC4 over here.

I think what he is saying is that the rear shock towers have the body mounts on....
if you put the rear shock on the front the rear mount positions and size would be wrong and you would need to cut off the mounts to make the bodies fit.
I would assume that using the standard front and rear towers as intended would give you a legal car for most, if not all, worldwide RC rules.
