No rush on getting that motor worked on, Charlie (if you remembered). Chances are I won't be at Stockton tomorrow.

That would be cool, but it has been 6 weeks or just before the ICC since i was told mine were going to be sent to me . I sent some emails and have had no reply. I just dont know what to think. Im sure Bruce is busy but 6 weeks. I'm not just a racer, these kits i ordered are for customers. What do i tell them.

.22 front springs

for some reason it seemed really lazy coming into the corners
the laziness your feeling is really probably just a savage push. Unless your racing on big race traction, purple fronts aren't going to get the job done. Magenta's or double pinks would be the way to go. I've never, ever gotten my car to work with .22 front springs either, total push master with those.

Finally, please try the .21 side springs. They let the whole chassis roll alot more and can actually create more steering. Most people think a stiff side spring free's up the back of the car. This is not necessarily the case. As a 12th scale has a huge amount of unsprung weight (motor) the side springs act differently from a typical rear suspension. In a way you can think of the main chassis pivoting off the pod (over simplified but good to illustrate the point). Going to a softer side spring can let the whole main chassis roll more (including the front) and allow the front suspension to receive some more weight transfer making it steer more. Give it a try.

.20s and double pinks hooked up better, but not as much as I would have liked. Might try a spacer underneath the lower shock ballstud.

Hey guys I have a question about setting up my Rev3. I have the CRC lowered rear pods and the big diff conversion...everything else is stock. Can one of you guys give me a good starting place for a very small tight track. Also I had a question about the shims for Castor/ride height on the old school front end. What is the thickness of the shims in correlation to the amount of Castor that it adds?

Here is how my Dad's rev3 is setup. Don't know how much help it is but its a start.

Blue tweak springs
10k dampener fluid
30wt AE center shock oil
Gold center spring
.20 front springs
Battery to the rear
