Kwik-Thank you, the car and power was a good combination for the event. I will tell you that when in the TQ spot in modified Joel Johnson once told me the leader is in control of the race. I have found that to be true...

the 4.5 should be available now, as there was one in the case for sale at the IIC.

I did get the 4.5 rear pod a couple weeks before the event, and ill say it is very nice to be able to pull the motor out without disturbing the top plate...

and thanks to Bruce for setting me straight on my car.. it was handling great! cant say that about the driver, tho.... and an electrical snafu prevented me from running my main...

RaceAce, I would have to say your best bet would be to contact Bruce "owner of team speedmerchant" to find out what your best solution would be. He works on my cars at the big races and does a great job. If you were to go to www.teamspeedmerchant.com you will find the contact info and or possibly the extra information needed. Is this your first Speedmerchant car?

If I have ANY suggestions, it's DON'T USE THE CONTACT E-MAIL ADDRESS ON THE WEBSITE. You'll never get a response. Your best bet is to contact Bruce directly at: [email protected].

For whatever reason, the e-mails to "[email protected]" vanish into thin air.

I just bought a 4.5 from the web site's store about an hour ago. It doesn't seem to be mentioned anywhere else on the site besides the "news." You've also got to scroll down a bit in the "car parts" category, I think.

Anyone have a drawing on where to drill a Rev4 for mounting a KO 949 servo?

I'd rather not have 6 holes in the chassis from screwing up the mount locations.

Or would it be better (not to mention much easier) to use shoegoo to hold the servo in place?
