What's the reasoning behing super gluing the inside of the fronts? I know why the outside but why the inside? And why not the inside of the rears too? Thanks

Same reason the outside is glued........ a lot less sensitive.

In looking at the Dumas setup from Cleveland where shock is raised by .090 (more on power steering) I see I must have been on the right track as I have mine up .095 and it works also I have been going to almost no preload on side springs. Question - are whites softer than blues? - and does that relate to more rear traction?
