Default LRP Pulsar Sport charger questions

Is this charger meant to charge both Nicads and Nimhs? The only settings I can change on the charger is charge amps, trickle on or off, and delta peak. Is there not a way to tell the charger to only charge a certain mah for a battery or does it just try to charge it the whole way?

Does it charge the same for Nicad and Nimhs?

Also, can I not setup different profiles for my different batteries?

Of course it can charge both NiMH and NiCd, that's what the peak adjustment is for. Just use 10-50 mV peak for NiMH's, 50-120 mV for NiCd's. This is for 6 cell pack.
You don't need to tell a peak charger how big your battery is, it will finish charging when the cells are full, when they "peak" (their voltage starts to drop). That's the beauty of peak chargers.
You don't have profiles with Pulsar Sport. Pulsar Competition 2 has 3 profiles plus some other bells&whistles that the Sport doesn't have, but the Sport is a good reliable charger.
