try this:
Front
Camber: -1 degree
Castor: 4 degrees
Ride height: 5mm
droop: any value
Rear
Camber: -2 degrees
Ride height: 5mm
droop: any value
leave your shocks in the position they
are now. Try a 17-19in-lb spring up front
and a slightly softer spring in the rear.
Start here and tune from there.

-1.5 degrees camber
4 degrees caster
16-17lb spring
2mm of droop measured over ride height
5-5.5mm ride height
0.5-1 degree of toe out
Rear:
-1.5 degrees camber
14-15lb spring
2mm of droop measured over ride height
5-5.5mm ride height
2.5-3.5 degrees of toe in per side

+1 on the setting. Can't ignore droop unless you like having the back of the car pass the front going into turns.
