Is it going to be 8.44 and 4.22 for charging or something else?

I think Scotty posted it would be 4.22 per cell for IIC.

With the handout motors in amateur, I suggest that we disassemble winners motors to inspect the sensor boards. It is far too easy to modify the boards on the Speed Passion V3 motors.

Oh, we do reserve the right to tear down any motor that the head tech guy wants to tear down. So we will be watching you closely.

So, is it my understanding that the UF1 racing series is finishing up it's season at "Sin City"? This just might be worth a trip just to see this race.
I might be interested in running if I can get some of my Aliso cronies to put their F1 skills to the test! I would like to run 17.5 non-boosted, that seems to be a popular class here in Orange County!
I have lots of Jaco Blues left over from previous years. May need to hone my carpet skills this time befor Vegas!

Well - looks like I will be able to see some old RC friends and see the IIC. I think my last one was back in 07 or 08! I will be in town on Friday for work....will definitely come on out and say hi.

Maybe even break a few cars while I am there...ha! Looking forward to catching up....

Questions??

Does anybody know how I can find the track layout (design) from 2010 IIC? The reason I ask is I'm helping my LHS change up the carpet track and I want to copy the 2010 IIC layout. Thank you.

Come on out Max... Just make sure you take that Moose magnet out of your car. Seemed like we were in each other way all the time last time we raced IIC.

Here is a video of it from start to finish. It is about 1/2 of the way down on the page. Click here.

Hi Everyone,

Well things continue to roll forward and looks great for the IIC. I have things all set for the F-1 Class and want to get the rules out for the class.

21.5 motor
Speedo in No boost mode.
Ride Handout Spec Tires and Rims. 1 set included with registration.
1 more additional set allowed for purchase. So 2 sets Maximum.
These 2 sets do not count for practice. You can get additional set for practice
Ride tires will be:
#24005 H-1 Front
#24007 H-1 Rear

180mm Maximum width
Realistic Bodies and wings

All races will be 5 min long.

This is very important. For those racers who have already signed up for the IIC and the F-1 Class will be an additional class. You will not be able to use the online registration off the website. We have been working to implement a additional class signup but it is not possible right now without a longer delay in the process, so this is how it will work.

If this is an additional class for you, You will need to email me at [email protected] and boomer at [email protected] with all the information. THIS MUST INCLUDE WHAT TYPE OF RIMS YOU WILL NEED. TAMIYA F104 OR HPI F10 RIMS and how many sets you would like. When you tell me how many you want, you will be required to purchase your ordered amount no exceptions. Then you will need to send a payment to my Pay Pal account to [email protected] Price for an additional class is $93.25 this includes the Pay Pal fee.

For those racers who have not registered yet for the IIC, then you can go to intchamps.com and use the online registration process. F-1 Class is a option to choose from the drop down menu and it will calculate everything as you go through the process. But I will still need an email from you regarding what rims you will need and how many sets you want.

The F-1 class is going to be a great addition to the IIC and our hope is that it will be a class that will grow to be a staple of the event.

TELLAN: Awesome paint work. It looks fantastic.

MRMCGOO: That is awesome that you are making your return. It will be great to have you back.

Yes 8.44 and 4.22 is what we will be using.

MAXEPOWER: It would be great to have you there also. joining in the F-1 class. It should be pretty cool. I hope you can make it.

If you have any questions at all, please let me know.

Thanks everyone, Time to get into Carpet mode!

Scotty
