Really excited to be attending my first IIC this year! A few more days until payday and I'll be all registered up.

There is a rock paper scissors challenge to pick the weight.

As for the entry list, they are verifying the entries and once they are done they will get it to me. Overall, it is a looking pretty good with some good close racing expected if nobody has a blow out. HOWEVER, you still have plenty of time to sign up and force those in front of you to blowout going into a corner.

Last year Joel Johnson showed up and ran a main in 1/12th scale. This past weekend a "Joel Johnson" ran the ROAR Nats. Is this the same Magic Man from the past? Will we see him in Vegas again this year?

never raced on that high grip carpet and have a few q's before heading stateside

So with 1/12 what tires and goop are generally used for this event?
and what 1/12 bodies are good to get ?
and finally what is a good body for tc 17.5 ?

Tires: Will depend on which 1/12th class you are running and what chassis
Goop: Jack the Gripper...should be available at the event
Body: Last year seemed like most people were running the Protoform AMR but there were several others like the CRC and Parma bodies.
TC: Dunno

Black front, yellow rear are the most common 1/12 tires used. For the body there are several that work depending on what you and your car like. Personally I run a Proto-form Mazdaspeed 6. But then I'm only a B-main driver in Amateur last year.
