Default Hats off to Novak service Not 9-5

Saturday morning I get home from working nights and decide to work on the cars and encountered an small issue with my esc. Well after coming here and post a few questions I'm told to e-mail direct to Novak. Within a short amount of time (quicker than expected) I had a reply and a solution that was on my end and not the product. Weekend support is unheard of these days and appreciate the dedication of Novak to their customers. Nice to know you can race with confidence no matter when.

Its about time someone posts a good experience rather than bashing a company because of "user error."

BTW- I've had excellent support from KO.

its about time novak regained the past glory of their name, in the old days, almost everyone uses a Novak ESC, but since the advent of brushless, thats not the case anymore, especially outside of the USA. Novak should keep up or innovate to be a step ahead from those overseas companies like hobbywing, who make great racing ESCs.
i really would like to see Novak as it was in the old days.

I totally agree. People are so quick to post a thread titled "Brand X is horrible" because of ONE bad experience, yet you rarely hear about all the times they deserve praise for making a great product.
