Default long tem Ni-Cad storage

How should i store my 2400 Ni-Cad packs when they wont be used for around 4 months?

Just discharge them to 5.4V and store them. Then cycle them before you use them again.
They may false peak and/or give reduced capacity for the first cycle or two but should return to normal after that.
