Default End-play in motor

My trusty old Tekin Redline has developed a fair amount of end-play, around 1.5mm or so. I bent a rotor a while back, and got a replacement.
Now, are the brushless motors shimmed like the old brushed motors were? If so, what size shims do I need, haven't seen them around.
The rotor got f**ked during a quake we had when the motor fell off the shelf, and I may have lost the shims when is dissassembled it.

the tekin motor has no shimes.
I have also a lot of play. I solved it by re sooldering the back plate. It had also problems with his sensor and that is now also solved.
But the rotor of the tekin motor has a lot of play comparred to other motors. it is not a problem.
