Hello Guys,Terry

I have a question:
I see that the MRT Pro esc is water/dustproof ,but in how much waterproof? Can it handle allot of water without taping or covering it,run naked like in dry conditions...just double sid tape on it and put it on ure chassis?Or do i need to cover it that the ''most'' water is hold away from it?

I believe its waterproof, and just run it naked on the chassis. When the MRT is destroyed beceause of waterdamage can i send it and get a new one?

Need some tips...

when you see an actual MRT MX Pro you'll see why it's 100% waterproof. To put it simply, the esc is in a one piece block of plastic, there are no case sides to come apart or anything.

MRT is making waterproof ESC since years and they really know what they´re doing. I have run the old VX and now the MX Pro several times in wet conditions without further protection and they never disappointed. I just always hope the servo doesn´t give up .

Default MRT Waterproof?

Demsey,
I have been using MRT ESC's for over 6 years, and drove them in all kind of weather conditions. I have never ever protected them when it rained, and they never failed on me. IMHO, MRT builds the only real waterproof ESC around.

For those guys in the US looking to get or try one of these awesome little speedo's I am now bringing them in to the US. They will be in shops for around the same price as the other popular brands. Ive been running mine for around 2 months now and love it....so much that I wanted to bring them into the US!!

Bad news is diesn`t rain that much in the states ,so you can`t test the 100% water proof feature it has
unlike other speedo`s that pretend to be water proof but aren`t

by the way Eric i use profile no.2 for 27t & mine`s in orange with blue LED
just waiting for the transponder thingy to come (Terry )
