Exclamation How to getting the tires off the wheel

Hello all! I'm getting ready to strip the chrome off my HPI volk TE-37's tomorrow to die them. But I'm stuck! I cannot figure out how to get the drift tires off the wheels without damaging the tires so I can re install them... Can someone help me please!

Put the edge of the tire on a corner of a work surface and using your thumb push the wheel through the bottom.
