I think its just the heat sink? I have bought my twister 2.1 for less than 2 months, they better not be coming out with a new esc... yet!

quick question: Do I need to/Should I use the superduper Schotki I got with the VFS-1 when I'm running a motor with internal schotkis (green machine pro)?

hara twister 2.1 with a 7x1 and "in box" diodes/caps.

Will that be OK or will i need extra protection, another diode/cap??

i believe what you are calling schotki "in the motor" are actually capacitors and you would want to have a schotki connected.

Can you give us a link to this funky motor? i have never seen built in shottky diode motors.... but it makes perfect sense that someone should start building them with one!

Ahhh... yes, I think you're right, actually; they're caps, not diodes. Leave it to me to blunder into a fine idea for innovation.

Is the Hara Ed. Helios the same as the Helios Competition Version with new high speed module and the new receiver 302FCS or just the standard 302F with purple case??

the Hara Edition I think is Identical to the Helios Compitition and receiver.
I still can't figure why the Hara cost $700.00 compared to the compition at around $330.00.. I guess that case might be worth the $300 or so made of ti and CF?, and another $100.00 for the purple bling bling...
