I think the single diode has the power of 4 schottkys and the double 8. I may be wrong though......... Do you have the settings adapator?

recently i have been racing on a really tight track under 6 secs laps. I started off with the stock profile from the KO site and lowered the frequency in the range where i needed it. I think from the origional i lowered the whole profile by 3 or 4 steps on each throttle step.

Just got done setting up my VFS-1, on the Helios after set up. Do you go back to the throttle trim and turn it up to 150% or do you just leave it at factory setting 100%?

Dan.. dont be scared to take it all the way down so that your lowest drive frequency is at 1. with today's battery technology, runtime should be easy.

also.. in stock racing.. everyone cuts every run anyways.. so it's definitely an advantage

TFR... yes i crank mine back up to 150.

carkillaii: it acts as a diode so it'll protect your motor when you hit the brakes. it also helps with RPM, efficiency and brush wear.

if you guys were at the RCX show last year.. you would have seen the demonstration with two escs.. one with a hyperbooster. one without. there was a significant difference.

Default PC Interface lead

Not sure if anyone on here can help me.

Left the programming lead for the PC interface at the circuit last weekend, 200 miles away. Not my best idea!

I was wondering if anyone knew the pinout from the connector that plugs onto the receiver connector on the speedo to the serial connecor on the PC. I know its a pretty simple lead and I'm sure I could make one one up

Many thanks
