You just need to download the VFS1 software from KO site.

sorry to interupt, which ko propo is the best VFS -1 or VFS 2000 ? is this good ESC ?? My LHS has KO Propo speedo coming soon, but this will be my first experience with KO Propo. I'm glad if I could test new things.

Is KO speedo is superior than GT7 ? GT7 has 640 Amp FET rating @ 0.0007 ohm.

VFS 2000 is the older one, VFS -1 is the new one. Booth are good but the VFS-1 should be better than the 2000. I did not have a KO but I would prefer it over the GT7 or wait a little for the new MRT MX.

V12: did you race at European National 2004 ? I've got the video and I really love it. Thanks man.

Okay, back to topic, so KO Propo VFS -1 is the newest. Thanks man. Hmmm .... hopefully I can make up my mind when the merchandise arrive in my LHS. I'm still confuse with GT7 ......

Default changing settings at Cleveland

At a race like Cleveland where someone is running both mod and stock in the same class, is there any way to change settings without having access to your radio?

You never need access to your radio. You use the adaptor.

I currently use the EX-10 Helios radio with a ko programable servo (can't think of the number). I would like to use the vfs-1 as well.

My question is, will the PC interface allow me to ajust all the setting on the VFS-1?

Do i need the hand held setting adaptor?

And, can i use the same PC interface with my radio (EX-10) and servo? So i only need to buy the one PC interface? How much is the PC interface as well as the part number?

yes.. the PC Interface will allow you to change the settings on your VFS-1. a handheld adaptor is only required/needed if you would like to do it at the track. (some people dont want to lug their laptop to the track)

you can download the different software here:
http://www.kopropo.com/ICS.htm

PC Interface - $60.00

yes..the pc interface will let you adjust all setting.

no you do not need the hand held setting adapter. but it's a usuaful tool at the track. You can store different profiles to download... if you have a laptop the the PC adapter is all you need.
