We rent the space from the City of Seattle and currently are holding Saturday evening races, every other week. We normally do a two day race but I am not sure about this year. The "Hangar 30" building is being renovated so the city is letting us use a Gym while the other building is finished. Because of that, we may not do a two day race this season, not sure though.

Our last club race had about 75 to 80 people, and 108 entries

To you guys that run motor fans, are you wiring the fan to the receiver or directly to the battery leads? I've seen it done both ways.

BTW, I'm starting to get used to the car. Now that I'm able to feel the setup changes, I'm sure that I will have the car right where I want it sooner than later.

Anyone have any feedback on the various single-post servo mounts on the market? Looking at best fit.... performance improvements?

Hey Steve! I don't realize it is you until I open your setup sheet a few post above. So, how is life treating you? It has be a long time since I chat with you! I would never thought you do race a Serpent car again since your Impulse nitro sedan days

Zoof, Gordie and myself are racing the S411 here in Ottawa also. You should drop by at rcottawa.com and say hello to some old friends Every now and then we still talk about the origin of the aquarium "FT" that we use to lable a cheater racer LOL!

Eddie, good to hear from you! Hope you are doing well.

I just got back into touring car racing last year. I actually ran your old Xray for a few weeks, but then decided I needed something more up-to-date, haha. I had nothing against the old Impulse, I just quickly realized nitro was not for me

We've got a big race planned here for Mar 22-24. You guys should send a contingent and show us how it's done.

Ah. I don't think I can make your big race in 2013. A group of us are going to the Mach 8-10 Canadian On-road nation again this year and I can go one or the other but can do both. I do like to come out to see what the racing scence is like on in Alberta. Maybe next year.

surely... one of you vancouver guys has a sheet of serpent stickers i could mooch one from?

i had my tc's pretty well ready until i found out there will be virgin carpet at the event lol. should be good times!
stock car was pretty hooked up, dispite old tires, but the mod car might as well be a drift car lol. will definite make a few trips to the serpent table. though ill be pitting in the irocc tech group which will likely be near the announcer table.

Hi Guys,

I just picked up a 411FF to race in here in China. I've read through a hundred pages in this thread to grift some knowledge, but was hoping to find more setup info specific to the FF.

The local guys are pretty fast, but a lot gets lost in translation. Anyone know where I should look?

Thanks

Hey everyone,

I am trying to assembly one gear diff with the xceed plastic gears and there is no way of making it work properly.
First of all, I can't use the main gears as it is impossible to introduce the pin in the outdrives. For the satellites I am having problems to introduce the axles in the housing, it's like they were a bit bigger than the originals.
I have tried to use standard outdrives with metallic main gears and the plastic stuff but it feels so bad that I didn't put it in the car.

how did you make it??

Regars
