The S411 1/10th scale touring car is an all new platform with a focus on ease of maintenance with the cars 4 main bulkheads being completely interchangeable as are the lower suspension brackets which can simply be turned upside down to be used in the opposite position. Other features includes a separate motor mount from the rear bulkhead, captured main shaft bearings as well as the neat integrated servo saver on the steering rack. A narrow LiPo chassis and new top deck complete the changes

Excellent, not another car in some shade or red, blue, pink or purple. A win just for not looking like a clown car.

You could get a Yokomo BD5 and strip the anodizing off, then you could have one now.

Exactly what I was thinking, the centershaft bearing holders, swaybar holders.

It does look similar doesn't it. I love yoke (still run a BD now) but you can't get them easily or at a decent price in the UK. If the Serpent has decent support here in the UK then I'm sold, I'll take one ASAP.

April.

And April now feels like such a long way off cos I want one NOW!

There are some nice feature here such as the suspension mounts that aren't specific to one position, the gear diff looks nice and robust as well. Bound to be top quality as well coming from Serpent.

GET IT SOLD ASAP!!!

First Pic:

Do I spy a rear gear diff right from the start?? That would be a very nice touch.

I am a fan of both Yokomo and Serpent and I would love to have a BD5, but Yokomo is way to proud of them. Plus they are hard to find in the US and forget about parts. If Serpent weighs in at a decent price they will do far better than Yok in the US market. Still nervous about parts support though.
