Had a G10 but fried it last year. I forgot to put on a beam me up scotty diode on the motor. Well... it fried after that when running Mod.

Hi,
I have soldered the fet wire right to the postive lead from the battery with no problems (Ko servo) you might even be able to solder it on the postive wire on the back of the speedo. maybe Charlie or Steve could help us out?????? still waiting for a GTX. I'll end up with at least two before Cleveland. maybe three if Mini wants to run 1.12th scale.
hope this helps
Thanks

So, anyone got their GTXs yet? How do you like them??
#216

Yes, Fet Servos basically just need 7.2 volts. You get that directly off the Battery pack from the positive lead. The easiest way is to solder a small lead to the bottom of the Red Power Lead on the ESC that goes to the battery.
I smell and update for the manual. Thanks.

When is Novak going to build the "FLUX CAPACITOR" so we can do away with gas????
We could spend more money on toys if we just used trash to power our real vehicles. If anybody can do it, I am sure they could.

Actually, the Flux Capacitor is only the device that allows travel through time. The use of garbage as a power source came long after the perfection of the Flux Capacitor.

Well, the jest of it is the fact that these electronics companies (especially Novak) are doing incredible things with the technology these days. The GTX is super small but packs one heck of a punch. I cannot imagine what else can be done if the people behind these products put their minds to it.
