600cts in a diff? thats quite thin.

I use 2000cts in my rear diff

did you build the diff properly? use lube on o rings, no overfilled it.

where does it leak? at the pulley or outdrives? i use 50-55wt oil in mine with no leaking issues. i add a thin layer of silicone sealant between the halves before i joined them and screw them down.

Both pulley and outdrive, after 1 qualifier oil is almost less than 1/2, It is leaking most on the pulley, diff case is align, 4 screws are really tight
Thanks
