Default Removing Motor Bushings?

Quick question: what's the easiest way to remove the bushings from the motor can and endbell? Thanks.

By using center punch tool that is larger than the bushing hole and tap the bushing out gently with a hammer.

I used a bit of thin dowel (?) and a spanner and knocked it through. The one in the can was really hard to get out.

Get a motor bearing remover mate! You just screw that sucker out safely without risking bending ur motor can by whacking it out. You could gently tap in the new bushing with a hole puncher using a hammer.

This is my trick, get a pencil, sharpen it, stick it in the hole and tap on the end of the pencil and the bushing will come out easily.

It's not that hard to do. The hard part is putting in the new ones strait and not at an angle.
