Could somebody tell if had made some orders before with Integy's site?
In fact i saw many nice kind in their site, but remain to ensure if is trustable or not?

They are reputable. They were on a winter break until January 10th I believe but if you order now it should ship soon. I have bought many of their products and they are top notch.

In fact i saw many nice wrenches, light screws, lipo and many things, even some from Eagle of Japan, which is rarely to find in other places.

They're on the level, but often have "fulfilment issues" when getting orders out. I've ordered from them for years, NEVER had anything ship out in under 2 weeks.

I've never been screwed or ripped off when ordering from Integy. However they are a little slow in responding to e-mails. I ordered a setup station a while ago which I got at a great price. The order took awhile to arrive but they did deliver.

If you see product that you like from Integy but don't want to deal with Integy, you can buy most of their products through Tower Hobbies.

Been buying stuff from integy.com for 5 year now and never had any problems. There are some delays in email here and there but I've always gotten replies for my questions, shipping notifications, and a few times when what I ordered turned out to not be in stock they worked out the credit or shipped the item once it came back in stock.

I guess mostly of you guys are from US, in fact i am from Asia.
Suppose you all have big delay, then to International could be much more worse for sure.
Unfortunately i can't find more online shops with bunch of stuff of Integy.
Could someone suggest some for me, please?

My biggest problem with integy is it's hit and miss on the quality..their wrenches look good but don't hold up, tire truers, set up stations are good, most of their aluminum parts are junk..look nice but don't hold up, their shocks are JUNK..no other way to put that one....some guys like there stuff but most don't..

I Concur with these guys you need to find another site !
Every time I called out there Art gave me the run around about my stuff never again ! If were lucky they'll close shop !!!

Message from Integy regarding my order placed December 28th


"Sorry about the delay. There is a fulfillment problem on our end, our warehouse is behind in getting all the packages ship out on schedule. I'm going to do a follow-up with our warehouse to see what's going on with the package. The shipment should be ready to send out very shortly."


So figure it takes a few weeks for something to ship.
