Good to see this thread with few posts! Shows how easy this speed control is to use.

LRP has the distinguished honor of putting the best ESC on the market in the worst plastic case ever made.

I run the speedo at 1,5,6,0

I am still trying to figure out the rollout but I am around 2.30.

I am using a lrp 13.5 with 1s rotor.

We have a 90ft straight here in Indy.

Just ran my Xray T3 '11 on a very tight technical track w/13.5 x12. Ran 5.0 FDR. All settings were on bare minimum or is it zero and I managed to TQ w/4 laps on the field and won the final. Go slow to go fast. Duno why people think a ballistic car is fast.
I'v also learned a much better throttle finger with this speed control. I'm much more smother and gaining lots more corner speed.

I agree. Would love to know how to remove the blue cleanly off of the case.

Hi Mikey,

Have you been to Ardent today? If so what were your TQ times on the new track?

Hi,
I recently bought a sxx tc spec version 2,and am having problems with the lipo cutoff......when set for 2cell lipo it cuts off 1v short at 7.4?...batterys are good 6500,30C,running a 5T motor.....have had to resort to running 1cell 3.2 cutoff, which isnt ideal!......any ideas?

thanks simon

At least yours is working somewhat. I tried powering mine up for the first time today and when I turned the switch on to calibrate the radio, all I heard was a SNAP and nothing. No blue light, no sneeze etc...looks like back to the factory. And yes...battery was hooked up right!!! (1 cell Lipo) I thought all the issues were solved with the blue!

Good luck with sending it back. My friend sent his back months ago and still waiting on a replacement. They told him they do not have any in stock. He keeps getting the "in two weeks" comment from them. So far, mine has been working out great. I just feel sorry that I recommended the LRP to him because his Tekin keeps loosing boost mid race.
