Hey Guys,

just FYI... these chargers are made by muchmore, like the motormate... i'm pretty sure you can buy them already under the muchmore brand... which should also be less expensive than Orion...

Very interesting...

Where do you got the info from?

Look at this page with the MuchMore charger... Looks a lot like the Indi/Eagle design... Hmmm

This is Orion's motor mate

This is muchmore's motor mate

Looks very similar doesn't it? the muchmore tester even has the optical sensor to test V2's

And now muchmore's charger:

Look all like the same family of products, if you ask me!

Paul

PS: muchmore's products have been "tested by Surikarn"... doesn't this guy run Orion products?

Lonestar, I dont disagree with you, I tend to believe they are in family. And based on the look, I tend to say they're also related to Indi/Eagle somehow...

But then again: There might be a producer of cabinets, which are very attractive, thus many uses them. The stuff on the inside might differ...

So, I'm curious, if you have some inside info, or something...

no, no official source... If I had an official source, where I'm located, it'd be an Orion one... and no Orion source would mention such a fact.

Somebody (not an orion team driver) who's usually pretty clever about RC gizmos mentioned it at the track... and it sounds pretty reasonable given the products looks. The release timing is also consistent too...

Later,
Paul

to test V2's

there's an LED on the V2 design... the motor mate uses its flashing frequency to measure RPM I think...
