Yep it's fun. I can't wait till my lhs opens the drag strip, then I'll be drag racing it. And they'll probably let me race in the stock micro class.

I go there as much as possible, but they're moving to the old BMW dealer in town, so they aren't open for a few days.

just came back from bashing with my newly aquired NTC3- guess how fast? fast enough. wich i believe is the only important way of measuring speed. but i have to say a 1/10 nitro touring car is a handful at 40 mph and my old 1/12 cars were insane even with stock motors. i cant imagine trying to contro a micro at those kind of speeds.

That is for dang sure a micro will never do 80mph unless it was at the veladrome, then and only then would it MIGHT do 80mph.

What's so special about a velodrome? And yes my car is hard to control, well not for me.

As for my car, I orderd the new connectors this morning, and have no clue when they're going to ship the stuff.

Yes, I know about a velodrome!!! And your garauntees seem pretty pathetic, weren't you going to get a micro like mine?

Also, I've already hit 70mph and adding 16,000 rpms, getting bigger larger diameter tires, and going up 5 teeth on the pinion should get me there. But you wouldn't be able to figure that out.

Try it, since I'm not going to get my parts for a while.

ajg, what kind of maintenance do you do to your epic 10 turn motor?

I am pretty sure 80mph with a micro could be done, but I am not too sure if you can pull it off
