Anybody bought off www.rcmarket.com.hk ??

Want to know some information about them and how good they are with shipping and customer service.

Slow website, friendly & courteous customer service, fast shipping and generally competitive prices. But not so good for out of stock backorder items. I've been waiting 4 weeks just for a rubber grip for my KO radio.

They seem alright , should I just make sure they have what I want in stock before I order? They don't seem to list what is and isn't in stock, how do I check what is and what isn't ?
If they are bad with back orders and don't have my items in stock I'll order somewhere else.

My buddy has made multiple orders from them with no problems at all. Never has a problem with out of stock items. Unless the website changed they seem to do a good job keeping their inventory updated.

I've ordered a fair bit and never had any problems. Never had anything ordered that was out of stock as they only give store credit. I find there postage is quicker if you buy off their ebay store. Banzai hobby are good aswell for kits, etc

The stock status on items will show up when put into your cart. By far the best HK website I have ever ordered from. The website is painfully slow, but the items ship fast and the prices are good. Takes just about a week to get delivered and I'm on the east coast.

I agree, never had any issues, always fast shipping. I only use these guys, amain hobbies, and RCMushroom usually. Of the three the RCMarket site is a bit rudimentary, but is functional, they sell almost everything I need and quick to post.
Ordered some stuff on a tuesday and it arrived on my door in Australia on the friday.

The site does seem alot snappier lately too, awesome

Just browsing for a few items used to take all day, but now it is quick. No problems now.

Just checked the site at random as well and its Lightning fast compared to what it used to be! This will make me look here first when I cant find something in the US.
