I just got two and only one came with the Deans connector. They are going to ship me another one. So far I'm pretty pleased with the batteries.

Compared to my Venom 35C 3800, the 40C ace battery kills it. We have a single into a large table that I can only clear on the first lap with the Venom. I can consistantly clear it multiple times with the gen ace batteries. I wouldnt think the 5C difference would be that large.

I just got a 5000mah 40c 3s hardcase last weekend and all I can say is WOW. this battery is worth every penny. I have tried several other reputable brands even other companies with the same exact ratings don't hold a candle to the gens ace. Battery came perfectly balanced in storage mode. Is still balanced after a run and charges balanced. I will have a hard time buying a battery from any other company as this one is 30% better than all my other batteries.

The first generation packs were awesome. But the last ones I got were not so good. The first 2s and 4s packs were perfectly balanced and had matched cells. My newer packs that I recently got are not so good. One cell in the 3s pack swelled up after one use. I made a 2s pack out of it. The other two 4s packs have cells with different resistances in them. So no good for high discharge applications.

great blake found rct... We are all in trouble.

the gens ace 5000mah 40c packs are some of the best packs on the market for under 50 bucks..

I had one, Great pack ran well in a boosted mod tc with a8.5 no punch issues or loss of power and kept up with the 5.5 and boosted 6.5's!

Will a Gen ace 5000 fit in touring cars? Specifically a TC6?
