Default Titanium Pinion gears?

I'm looking for Titanium Pinion gears but can't find them.

Why Ti? I dunno, cuz it's not much more expensive and I'm thinking it'll be less susceptible to rocks etc.

Thanks in Advance,
need a 64P 36T pinion

it may be not susceptible to rocks but how about your spur gear don't you think the spur gear won't be susceptible considering its a 64P??...

Try Speedtech RC, I think he has them.
They're made by Titanium Racing in the UK and distributed by Schumacher in the US.

Speedtech RC has them. thats where i buy mine. just ask steve for the one you want (64P -36T) he should have them in stock. get the TiR pinions. i switched all of mine (both 48P and 64P) to these pinions. less rotating mass, extremely strong and very durable.

if you pick up the speedtech rc spur gears (3 for $10 i believe), you get even more weight savings. the speedtech rc spur gears are the same as the xenon i believe. check out the speedtech rc forum, steve will be able to hook you up.

I've heard different things about 64P teeth and I'm willing to try it. My TC3 is quite noisy and I'm simply trying to quiet it down. I am going to buy an RPM bearing blaster this wknd and rebuild all the diff's/drive components to try to free stuff up.

I've honestly never had a good experience with 64p gears outdoors....NEVER

BTW: Look up how to blue-print your drivetrain...it helped me a little bit.

The biggest thing you can do to quiet down a TC3 is have the correct gear mesh. There are other factors that will affect the sound but nothing as much as a correct gear mess. Honestly, I didn't notice a difference in sound when I switch over to 64 pitch. Running a good spur gear will have a small effect on sound. RW seem the quietest to me.
To be honest, I actually prefer the noice of a shft car versus the stealth of a belt. With the noise, it's easier to hear if something is wrong with the drivetrain as you are running.

Koabich - The thing is it seems only shaft car have drive train problems. Belt cars dont have anywhere near the drive train failure rate of shaft cars.

You know. By your signature it looks like you have the 2 best belt cars you can buy
