Would the 17.5 rotor fit a 13.5 can ??

Yes. Virtually all of the parts throughout the TP motor lineup are interchangeable, the only difference being that the modified motor can (7.5T and lower turn variants) is slightly longer than the spec motor can.

Default Tp17.5 on 1/10 2wd buggy

I just picked up one and I want to run it on my 22.0 2.0 buggy. I have a mmp ESC. Dies anyone have any advice

I run them, and like them a lot..but I hear they were discontinued? Is that true?

Solid motors, designed more than a few years ago. I still run one in my 1/10 buggy. I love how easy the timing is to adjust on these.

I wouldn't purchase one today, with all of the newer faster options out there.

Most any of the latest ROAR approved motors are going to out perform the TP. I would personally look at Motiv, TSR, and Fantom. My 2 cents.

See any fast, national level guys running TP anymore? Nope.

Old thread revival. Anyone know if the 550 can is a 2-pole or 4-pole? Running a heavy sct and need a 4-pole. I run the 8th scale buggy motor and love it.

I had a 550 TP motor and it was two pole.
