Thunder Power RC Z3R Motors

Hi All
I have a couple of thunder power z3r 13.5 motors which come with original phillips type timing cap screws, which are starting to round off.
I notice on a lot of the newer thunderpower motors the timing cap screws seem to be of the hex driver type, i was just wondering if anyone knew what the size of these screws were - or even better if thunderpower sold them and if so what the part number was.
Hope the above makes sense

Hi guys,
I'm just about to start racing 13.5 boosted with a TP motor and Xerun v2.1 esc. Can anyone offer me some tips in terms of setup, max amount of timing to keep the motor safe etc?
I'm guessing total timing is motor timing + boost timing + turbo?
Thanks for the help!!

suggestions please for a 10.5.
Best can timing?
Do these motors like to be geared down (Small pinion High FDR) or geared up (large pinion low FDR)
Thanks

So I purchased a pre-owned one. The instruction manual is vague. It arrived with the timing set at 20 degrees, I should set it to zero, when setting my ESC, etc.? Does this motor require a capacitor?

Always start at 20deg. Never go below 15deg on the motor. If you are running no boost, set timing at 30deg and gear fro temp. If you are using boost, again start at 20deg and adjust timing in ESC.
