Hi guys,just wondering if anybody has any good starting settings for medium size outdoor track running 21.5 boosted tc. Hobbywing esc,xray t3 2012. What would be a good ballpark FDR as I am new to this motor,track has two medium size straights and two technical infields.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Anyone know what sort of FDR's were being used by the other Thunder Power runners at Cotswold for the BRCA meeting.
I've been running around 25deg motor timing with the blue rotor and was geared at 7.08 (top speed for me was measured at 51mph)
In the last final I geared at 6.65 with 20deg motor timing, this did give higher top speed but the mid range grunt was missing (few tenths slower).
This was my first final of 3 (blue car with yellow and orange stripes;

Hi guys. Sorry for the noob questions
I got one of these motors and I want to change to the ceramic bearings. I got the bearing replacement tool and I got the bearing out of the end bell but how do I get the one out of the can? Do I need to take the stator out? If so, how do I do that. Sorry again for noob questions.

Ok weird. Is there a trick to it? Mine seems to not easily pull out. I though there must be more screws holding it in or something
