Nick no it will not be TCS legal you will have to use the Alum motor plate that Tamiya has for the car or the plastic one. Neither one is adjustable but you can adjust the ratio through spur and pinion combos. Ther are wuite a few guys at TCS this weekend who would be able to help you find the right ratio for GT2 which it looks like you are set-up for.
