I heard them announce this morning via LiveRC that the Orca ESC would not be allowed in the non-timing classes. I checked the ROAR approval page and it is approved there. Anyone know why the reason for not allowing it this weekend?

Maybe because it has built in timing that they finally figured out how to check The need for resistor wiper speedo's is here, lets get back to basics.

What a great way to prevent Roar from doing the limited speed control program that has been mentioned.

hey andrew, I'm not 100% sure, hell I'm not 50% sure, but I think the one they are using is like a version 2 that has been submitted but not approved yet. miss you, you should be here....

Per the ROAR official, it is a software issue with the ORCA esc.

yep, there is a issue with the software, the orca drivers went FASTER running different (brand) ESCs
