LOL...I live next to Palomares Canyon which is next to Niles Canyon...LOL

And Verizon is the only cell phone service that works here.

Bill,

There is wifi. I think the only time there was problems was when a ton of people in the building were logged on to live rc during the Timezone Gran Prix.

As far as cell service, there is an antennae in the hobby shop that helps. I have Verizon and get a good signal. Some others have to get near the antennae. If all else fails you walk outside the building and up the driveway 50 ft and there is a good signal.

WOW two weeks and counting.

Troy

Morning Guys: just up at the track this morning working away.... on the Green Room...... getting things dialed in and should be down to the short strokes by this weekend.......

Anyway still adding the new entries and shifting guys around. as I can tell right now (11) more spot's, but we are still waiting to hear from a couple teams to let us know who will fill their reserved spots.

Still waiting to hear from:

Tekin
Novak
Corally

Want to also give a big thanks and welcome to Lunsford Racing as our newest associate sponsor...... thanks for the help Kelly.

Yes guys we have internet up at the building, with WIFI, but we will have to Police you guys from steaming LiveRC etc..... only got so much bandwidth, and we will have to shut the WIFI? down if it starts crashing....

Also got a cell phone repeater, for AT&T, Verizon,,, but as Troy said 25 o 30 steps out of the building and up the driveway, and the signal ROCKS.....

It is getting close guys, again let me know if you have signed up, and or do not see your name on the master list from ROAR....

Hey Eric... the Nat's layout is currently secured in a vault deep below the building and will be reviled that Wednesday morning it is another great "Mckune Design"

Ask around to your local techie guys if any of them know how to segment your Internet connection. We have the same challenge with limited bandwidth out here and segmenting is the obvious solution. It reserves some bandwidth for impotent stuff like LiveRc and leaves the remaining bandwidth for the average user.

Wanted to share a quick shot of the new expansion... the boys busted ass this last weekend and got it all enclosed, and the light thrown up. been working on the floor and will have that done in the next day, then down to tables and electrical.

want to give another HUGE THANKS TO Seattle Area Racers who are not only a class sponsor, but have also been generous enough to donate one of their rolls of astro turf which will truly transform it into the "green room"....

Thanks so much guys and we are almost there... 182 entries and counting.
