Jaco had capped 103 tires back in the day.
You can still find them on Ebay once in a while.

I'd get the Corally F1 it already has foam tires. It's way better than most of the kits out there because it's more like a real pan car. As for the motor good luck I'd get a 13.5 and a 1 cell kinetic and it would be fast and handle. but if your planing to go racing some where I'd check with the group to see what they are running. With the motor your planing make sure your have plenty of parts available.

Better get the F104, at least then you can get Tamiya's F1 diffuser kit which will marginally improve your chances of getting any rear traction with that stupidly fast combination.

this setup will be redonkulously slow as you will simply be doing donuts all day long. I recommend the tamiya and get a LRP 17.5 with the tekin rs+hotwire, and you can play with the boost and timing to get some more speed and dial back the torque.

I couldn't agree more. I've got a BL 8.5 novak system in my Tamiya F103 and it's absolutely insane. When running on carpet with foams (road course), I was having to cut the power down to <70% to do any decent lap times. As for outdoors, well, don't even think bout it

So Missle how many of you race them indoors up there.A real pan car with a associated frontend and t-bar rear pod- The corally F1 . Nothing extra to buy because it's even got foam 1/10th tires which will out handle any other car with 1/12 foams. It's simply got more foam contact. But then ya'll know what your talking about.I haven't raced F1 in many years.
