Who would I contact at Corally USA to preorder a Carpet Spec kit? Is it possible for me to even do so? Thanks!

Probably the only part I dont carry for a spare are belts-I better not cut my belts till I order a spare. I cannot see how cutting the front pulley could hurt-as I did it on my 32 tooth Xray pulley and it made the drivetrain spin just a bit freer.

i did like the fact that you were running your RDX pretty much stock. i was thinking about not buying the thicker chassis since im not going to the NATS and our track does not usually have tons of bite like bigger races.

BTW yeah she is a keeper!!

Arvin
Yeah it was pretty stock except the thicker Corally top deck, you probably dont even need that. All you need are some tuning and setup parts which is necessary with all cars. No real exotic hopups needed.

Mike;
I'll byte, how, and how much do you lower the shock tower? Is this a cut an re drill thing? Thanks for posting your set up on Corally USA. I will be using it for my first test at Hobby Chamber this weekend, if I get the lowered mounts in time.

Drill new holes just above the stock holes. Make sure you have enough meat to sustain a good crash. Don't countersink the hole, I turned my over and used buttonhead screws with a washer. You will need to cut the bottom of the tower to mount it in the new holes.

When you say you cut the teeth on the pulley what do you mean?

Mike- when lowering the shock tower I could not get ride height with 56mm tires do I need something other than just the stock parts? My ride height was like 7-7.5 mm raised the tower back up and it went back down to almost 2mm. Am I missing something? LOL

Carefully shorten your bottom ballcups 2mm and you should be able to hit 5mm on small foam tires. If you want to run big foam tires (2.30"+) you will also need to put on Xray for example spring perches. Hope this helps.

I was able to use the stock spring perches for the rear but I used the Xray ones for the front. When I run outdoors I have been running Losi spring perches front and rear.

Hey Dobbs....

I was looking to get ready for the Reedy Race. Let me know if you want to meet up somewhere and practice.
