Nothing is bnding up at all, and yea it defeinitely happens when I hit things, or tap the wall (or back markers pursuant to the "3 turn rule" LOL), not necesarilly hard hits though ....others dirving corallys hit harder with no issues ...wierdest thing????

harsh,
I would definately replace your belt. After it flips over once it is always going to happen. I had the same problem until I replaced my belt and made sure my tensioner was lined up center with the belt. You need to replace the belt for sure.

oh yah make sure your pinion gear to the moter is not touching the belt, and also you said it happens when you hit something maybe its your battery hitting the belt.

Hummm ...good suggestions, one thing, I have been using these EA packs and they came with battery bars that are "taller" than the SMC ones I normally used, that may be the ticket (look at the last pic I posted), the battery ars are "right at" the belt!

Hey Harsh,

Try moving your belt tensioner back to the hole in the middle of the deck instead of right at the front pulley. I had that problem when I ran a corally and when I moved the tensioner back it never happened again. I think Jeff Brown and a few of the other "Factory" Guys run there's back there....if they run one at all.

No I never had any issues with those bars. Those are the same bars that TJ Bradley, Jeff Dayger and all the other SMC Drivers use now....THey are made by intellect.

Anyone in here running or want to run the orion/kokam lipo batteries in their corally? I am working on adapting the Orions to my corally in a "factory" looking manner. Just looking for ideas. After weighing the lipo and a 3800 6 cell I seems I will have to add about 136 grams to the battery side with a brushed motor. Just looking to share information and ideas. thx.

HARSH- had the same thing happen that night in mod found out that my spool screws were backing out. I put lock tight on them now and I am going to moving the belt tensioner back to the middle hole to see if that helps.

Let me know how your experiment goes with the LiPo, I'd like to hear about it.
